What is collected

The inquiry form asks for your name, mobile number, height, weight, and an optional message. The site may also receive technical data such as an IP address, browser type, and the page that referred you, because web servers record that information.

Height and weight are health data. They are collected only with your consent so the first conversation can start from a realistic routine. They are used only for that conversation and are not used to diagnose anything. You can withdraw this consent at any time through the Grievance Officer page or by calling. Do not send diagnoses, medical records, or other sensitive health details. The inquiry is not a medical form.

How the form works

When you press Send, your details are saved in this website’s database so SR Dilip can reply, and a copy is emailed to SR Dilip. The record also notes the page you were on, the page that referred you, and any campaign identifiers in the page address; it does not record your IP address. At the same time, the details are placed into a WhatsApp message addressed to SR Dilip. Nothing goes to WhatsApp until you press send inside WhatsApp; after that, WhatsApp (Meta) processes the message under its own privacy policy.

Why it is used

Your details are used to reply to your inquiry, arrange a conversation, and keep a record of that request. The basis is the consent you give with the checkbox on the form, and the need to respond to the request you made. You may withdraw consent at any time by asking for deletion.
